This was an interesting, interactive workshop, correctly pitched for our group who were all new to AI and how to understand and use it efficiently.

Jackie Thomas is a born teacher and therefore passionate about her subjects. I have been to many of her classes and, through her patient guidance, have grasped principles with which I had previously battled. Hats off to Jackie!

I have learned so much on Jackie leason she has taught me what i didn’t realize that I can do easy ways on excel and I also learned how to do budget i gained so much experience realy inspired by her

It was a lovely interactive afternoon. There were many “ Ah ha “ moments and I learnt a lot about money and the things we never speak about. The highlight for was the Excel learning which was new to me and the clarity that Jackie brought out in the training.

Training program was helpful. It has equiped me with more knowledge on Caselines & Court online. The manual is easy to use. Our trainer was patient with us, thank you Jackie Thomas for your effort.

Jackie has literally the ‘patience and manners’ of a saint. ‘Slowly but surely does it.’

Jackie gently shows you the steps, asks you to write them down and then you are requested to show her the correct steps to follow. This has been the way to learn for me.

Jackie has given me excellent service. She explains things well and has been very helpful with buying and then setting up new equipment. When I had problems later on , she helped me put them right . I would recommend Computrain for all your computer related needs.

We were facing a challenge trying to achieve combining my current quote & costing sheet together to calculate margin.
