One of our customer’s is not able to connect her computer to her cell phone when she turns it into a Hotspot.
She does this when her home Wi-Fi goes off-line and she turns on the “Hotspot” feature on her Samsung phone.
Even though the computer says that it is connected to the Hotspot and there is “Internet access” available, she finds that she has no Internet access.

I suggested that she goes to the “Advanced Network Settings” on her computer via the “Network and Internet settings” screen then click the link that says “Change adapter options” and disable the Ethernet adapter.
When she did this, she was able to browse the Internet again.
