Beware of scams trying to scare you into clicking on a link in a SMS.
This is called “phishing” and is sadly quite common. The aim of the scammer is to steal your private credentials such as your username and password. This action is to solely steal your hard earned money. Sadly Banks and Governments seem powerless to stop this or help you try to recover your stolen assets.
