We have had a few customers that needed a new Google app password created for their Microsoft Outlook programme, because they had changed their Google account password.
I have found the option to create a new app password, is not visible in the list of sign in options.
However, if you search for “app passwords” in the search bar at the top of the Google account, you will see the option for “App passwords” showing in the results.
You can therefore select this option and then create a new app password like you did before.
