We just returned from a service call where a customer was unable to play a Brain Training game on their Windows 7 computer.
When the game was launched, it kept giving an error that the resolution of the monitor was set too low and must be increased.
After checking that the resolution of the monitor was at a nominal setting and therefore should not have posed a problem to the game, we noticed that the customer had enabled the Windows 7 virtual keyboard.
After disabling this function, the game could be launched successfully.
